Shipping Availability
SimplyShe Collective LLC currently ships orders within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Processing and Fulfillment
Products offered by SimplyShe Collective may be fulfilled and shipped directly by third-party suppliers. Processing and fulfillment times may vary depending on the product, supplier, order volume, and other circumstances outside of our control.
Where applicable, estimated shipping or delivery information will be provided at checkout, on the applicable product page, or in order communications. Any shipping or delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before an order is submitted.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled by different suppliers or fulfillment locations. As a result, products within the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times. Customers may receive separate tracking information for individual shipments.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you discover an error in your shipping information after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello.simplyshe@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted for fulfillment.
Delays
Shipping and delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, high order volumes, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control. SimplyShe Collective LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Shipments
